Co-Founder
A professional from the home textile industry with experience in business development, product management, exports, and market analysis. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked closely with manufacturers, exporters, and retailers within the textile sector.
Along with his industry experience, he strongly believes in community empowerment and social responsibility. Through Ikhlas Charitable Foundation, he aims to contribute towards education support, mentorship, healthcare assistance, and meaningful community initiatives that create a positive long-term impact.
Imran Badahah Bagwan
Co-Founder
A textile professional with over 23 years of experience in the textile auxiliary industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in technical services, sales and marketing, product development, and product management, gaining extensive industry knowledge and experience.
He strongly believes in community unity and social responsibility, especially in supporting education, mentoring, and medical assistance for those in need. As a Co-Founder of Ikhlas Charitable Foundation, he is committed to creating a positive impact through collective efforts, compassion, and meaningful community initiatives.
Mohsin Isaalli Mujawar
Co-Founder
An IT professional with over 18 years of experience in architecting and developing software applications across diverse technologies. His expertise includes hybrid cloud infrastructure and AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation.
As a Co-Founder of Ikhlas Charitable Foundation, he is committed to using technology and knowledge to create positive social impact. He believes in empowering communities through awareness, collaboration, and meaningful initiatives that support long-term growth and development.
Sadik Usman Mullani
Co-Founder
A textile professional with over 26 years of experience in the textile dyes and auxiliary industry. Throughout his career, he has worked across production, technical services, sales, and marketing, building strong expertise and industry knowledge.
As a Co-Founder of Ikhlas Charitable Foundation, he believes in contributing to society through unity, compassion, and collective support. He joined the foundation with a vision to support the community and create a meaningful positive impact through collaborative social initiatives.

Co-Founder
A textile professional with over 25 years of experience in the textile industry, primarily in fibres and yarns. Throughout his career, he has worked in sales and marketing and led a yarn business for a major corporate business house for more than 17 years before starting his own venture.
As a Co-Founder of Ikhlas Charitable Foundation, he strongly believes in serving society through unity and collective efforts. His focus is on supporting the community through education, mentoring, and medical assistance initiatives that help individuals and families facing difficult situations.
