1. Donations
All donations made to Ikhlas Charitable Foundation are voluntary contributions made to support the foundation’s charitable activities.
Unless otherwise stated, donations are considered final and are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Requests
A refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate donation due to a technical error.
- An incorrect donation amount caused by an unintentional payment error.
- Multiple successful transactions for the same donation were made accidentally.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually by the Foundation before a decision is made.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Please provide:
- Donor Name
- Mobile Number
- Transaction ID
- Date of Donation
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method, wherever possible.
The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Cancellation
As donations are processed immediately after payment confirmation, cancellation of completed donations is generally not possible.
Donors are requested to carefully verify the donation amount before completing the payment.
